Easter Club 2016 Week 2

Die OsterAG geht weiter! Schaut mal, was wir in der 2.Woche erlebt haben.

Easter Club is still going! Look what we did in Week 2!

Wo sind wir im Kirchenjahr? Wir müssen die Kirchenuhr einstellen!

What time of year is it in the church? We have to set the church clock!

Heute hörten wir Teil 2 von "Gesichter Christ":

- Jesus heilt Menschen.

- Die letzte Woche im Jerusalem und das letzte Abendmahl.

- Die Kreuzigung und die Auferstehung.

Today we heard the rest of "The Faces of Easter":

- Jesus heals people. 

- His last week in Jerusalem and the Last Supper.

- His death and resurrection.

Die Bilder haben wir in eine Zeitlinie gelegt, aber das letzte Bild hat 2 Seiten. Eine traurige Seite (die Kreuzigung) und eine fröhliche Seite (die Auferstehung). Man kann sie nicht von einander trennen. Wenn die Kreuzigung das letzte Bild wäre, dann ginge die Geschichte zu Ende. Aber die Auferstehung, das allerletzte Bild, ist ein neuer Anfang. Deshalb müssten wir die Bilder in einen Kreis (unten) legen, weil die Geschichte weiter geht! We laid the pictures in a timeline, but the last picture has two sides - a sad one and a joyous one. No matter how hard you try, you can't separate them from one another. If the crucifixion was the last picture, the story would have ended. But the resurrection is the last picture and it is a new beginning. Because of that, we have to lay the pictures in a circle (below). Then the story keeps on going!

In der Kreativphase haben wir 2 neuen Angebote gehabt:
1) Collage mit Farbe und bunten Holzstäben
2) Steine anmalen
We added two new stations to Response Time:
1) Collage with paint and colorful popsicle sticks
2) Painting rocks

Beim Fest haben wir über den Ausflug nächste Woche geredet. Wir werden einen Kinderclub in einer anderen Bezirk besuchen. Warum? Jesus war oft unterwegs und immer offen für neue Leute. Wir möchte das auch tun - nicht nur in der Kirche bleiben, sondern draußen gehen und neue Leute kennenlernen! During our feast, we talked about our field trip next week. We'll be visiting an afterschool club in another part of the city. Why? Because Jesus didn't stay in the temple. He went out to meet new people. In the same way, we don't want to stay in the church. We want to get out and meet some new people, too!
